Jump’N Ghost is a videogame developed by Alessandro and Maurizio Cerrato during the spare time of their official work at VRLab of the Informatic Department of the University of Salerno.

Developed from February to June 2008, hiring for a publisher, the game was released as a playable demo for the main PC platform and OS in July 2008.

The main focus of the development was the use of Open Source technologies as much as they can; the software used were:

Blender, for modeling, animation and level editing

    Inkscape, for some vector works

    Ubuntu and KDevelop and GCC

    Ogre3d as graphic engine

    OpenAL for the audio stuff

    OIS for the input management
